Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of effort to making sure all orders get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. All items will be shipped from Melbourne Australia.
Australia Shipping Cost & Tax
Free shipping only available within Australia for order over AUD$150.
All prices are listed in AUD ( Australian Dollar ) with GST included.
International Shipping Cost & Tax
International shipping is calculated & based on Australia Post's international rates.
Duty or import tax are responsible by the customer outside of Australia.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) and 10-25 business days (Monday to Friday) for international shipments. Order cut-off time will be by 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne) and our order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Partner
We use Australia Post to deliver the products with tracking number.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at sales@twoboxhobbbies.com.au
Cancellations
We are unable to accept cancellations at any time even the order is not yet dispatched unless the item is out of stock. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find your parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
